Frequently Asked Questions
How should I store my baked goods?
Store sourdough at room temperature in a bread bag or wrapped in a clean towel for 2–3 days. For longer storage, slice and freeze for up to 3 months.
Is your kitchen allergy-free?
No. My products are made in a home kitchen that handles common allergens, including wheat, dairy, eggs, and nuts. I cannot guarantee that any item is free from cross-contact.
Do you offer gluten-free items?
At this time, I do not offer gluten-free products. Because all of my baked goods are prepared in a home kitchen where wheat flour is used, I cannot guarantee that any item is gluten-free or free from cross-contact.
